Can I start on the cheap plan and move up?
Yes. Get the site live, see what comes in, then turn on follow-up once there are leads worth following up with. Move up or down whenever you want.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain, your content, and your leads, and you can take all three anywhere. The site itself is licensed to you as part of the subscription and runs on our platform, so it can't be picked up and moved to another host. If you cancel, it goes offline at the end of your billing period.
That's how subscription websites work in general, and it's why the price is what it is. If you want a site you own outright and can move anywhere, we're not the right fit.
What am I actually committing to?
One month. No contract, no setup fee, no cancellation fee. If the first month doesn't convince you, ask inside 14 days and you get your money back.
What are the message and text registration fees for?
Sending texts costs money at the network level, and US mobile networks require your business to be registered before the first message can send. This has nothing to do with your insurance carriers. We pass both charges through at what they cost us rather than folding them into the monthly.
Is the ad budget included?
No. Your ad budget is paid by you directly to the ad platform on an account in your name. Our 15% covers managing the campaigns, so we never hold your ad money.
How long until the site is live?
We will give you a date on the call once we know how many pages you need and how quickly you can get us your content. Text messaging takes longer to switch on than the site, because the mobile network registration has to clear first.
